Each office comes fully supplied with desks, chairs, drawers, fibre optic broadband and a IP phone system. Extras like additional filing systems or changes (some prefer to bring their own furniture) can be accomodated on a case by case basis.

We operate the best easy in, easy out policy on the UK market today. All our residents enjoy a 1 month notice period. You can take an office for a single month or several years and this doesn’t change. Business centres are supposed to help grow the businesses inside them, and a big part of taking the next step is knowing you can reverse the decision if things don’t go to plan and it won’t cost you a fortune.

The Town Hall Chambers has taken the unique step of offering the phone calls and printing at cost. One of the most common issues people have with serviced office space are the extortionate charges you find yourself burdened with from just a few items printed or calls made. We know the feeling; which is why we’ve turned it into a positive as part of our business model. We buy the printing and calls as a collective and you simply pay for what you’ve used at the wholesale price (i.e. what it costs the centre). A very refreshing approach.
